Role & Responsibilities

- Lead anesthesia care for complex, high-acuity surgical cases across general, orthopedic, gynecological, and ENT specialties.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, risk stratify patients, and tailor anesthetic plans using ASA classifications.
- Manage intraoperative monitoring, hemodynamic stability, and emergency resuscitation including ACLS protocols.
- Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, manage pain control, and mitigate complications like PONV or respiratory depression.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses,



and intensivists to optimize patient flow and perioperative safety standards.
- Participate in departmental audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement of anesthesia pathways.
