- Explain IT courses such as Full Stack Development, Mobile App Development, and Cloud Computing.
- Handle inbound calls, walk-in enquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
- Explain course curriculum, training benefits, and placement opportunities.
- Assist candidates with registration, admissions, and batch scheduling.
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and admission records in CRM.




- Coordinate with training and placement teams.

Requirements - 0–3 years of experience in Career Counselling, Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and software technologies is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
