Business Development Manager – Manpower Outsourcing

Industry: Security Services, Facility Management & Manpower Supply

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring recent clients and developing business opportunities for our manpower outsourcing services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for security manpower, housekeeping, facility management, and other manpower outsourcing services.
- Develop new clients across corporate offices, IT companies, industries, factories, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, residential communities, commercial buildings, and other sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, references, and market research.
- Meet HR heads, facility managers, administration heads, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers to promote our services.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close manpower outsourcing contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in business development,



sales, or client acquisition, preferably in manpower outsourcing, security services, facility management, or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into contracts.
- A strong network of corporate and industrial clients will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of developing business independently.
