About Kareverse
Kareverse helps families care for their ageing parents at home in Bengaluru. Each family gets a named care manager, regular home visits, weekly check-ins, 24/7 emergency response and doctor reviews.
We are now building a focused dementia support service for families living with memory loss. About 9 in 10 people with dementia in India are never formally diagnosed, and families who do get a diagnosis often leave the clinic with little help at home. We want to close that gap.
Role summary
You will build Kareverse's referral network with hospitals, memory clinics and doctors across Bengaluru, and turn it into a steady flow of families who need dementia support at home.
- Meet neurologists, psychiatrists, geriatricians and memory clinics to explain how Kareverse supports their patients after diagnosis
- Work with hospital discharge teams, social workers and care coordinators so families going home get connected to us
- Set up formal referral tie-ups with hospitals and clinics, including simple agreements on how patients are referred and followed up
- Speak with families who are referred, understand their situation and explain our dementia support plans
- Work closely with our care managers and clinical team for a smooth start of care
- Track every lead, referral source and conversion in our CRM
- Report weekly on referrals, conversions and what doctors and families are asking for
- Bring back feedback that helps us shape the service and pricing
