- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop customer relationships and acquire current customers.
- Monitor gold loan disbursements, renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Achieve business targets for gold loans, NCDs, and other financial products.
- Verify customer documents and complete KYC procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of business activities.
