Role: Branch Customer Success Managers are front line sourcing employees of ABCDL.
Competencies Required: Self starter, go getter, drive to achieve and excel, valuable communication skills (written and oral), having a flair for sales and marketing in the open market through self sourcing for multi line products, proven track record having experience in the range of 2 to 5 years in selling multi financial products. Minimum education qualification has to be graduation.
Candidate should be preferably from BL/PL/HL / LAP open market sales, should also be keen to sell all other products.
Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Personal/Business Financing and Home Financing (mandatory experience into Life Insurance).
