Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced AVP Business Development for an established, technology-enabled BPO/BPM organisation. The role will focus on driving international business growth, sourcing new BPO projects, acquiring enterprise clients, and expanding the organisation's global presence.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in BPO/Call Centre business development, international client acquisition, and project sourcing, with a proven ability to generate business and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive international business development across the US, UK, Middle East and APAC markets.
- Source new BPO/Call Centre projects and acquire international clients.
- Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, proposals, RFPs, pricing, negotiations and deal closure.
- Build relationships with CXOs, enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for BPO, BPM, Contact Centre, Customer Experience (CX) and outsourcing services.
- Develop strategic partnerships and explore new market-entry opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and solutions teams to develop client proposals and ensure smooth project transitions.
- Achieve revenue targets, maintain sales forecasts and report business development progress to senior management.
- Build and strengthen the international business development function.

Mandatory Requirements




- 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales or Enterprise Sales.
- Mandatory experience in BPO/Call Centre business development and BPO project sourcing.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and winning BPO/Contact Centre outsourcing projects.
- At least 56 years of experience in international business development or overseas markets.
- Experience in selling BPO/BPM, Contact Centre, Customer Experience or outsourcing services to international clients.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, enterprise client acquisition, pricing, commercial negotiations and contract closure.
- Existing relationships with international clients, particularly in the US, UK or Middle East, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience BPO, BPM, Call Centre, Contact Centre, ITES, Customer Experience (CX), KPO and Outsourcing Services.

Compensation

30–35 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
