We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Engagement and Loyalty Operations to manage customer loyalty programmes, CRM activities, customer engagement campaigns, and retention initiatives across myG’s retail network. The role involves supervising Customer Loyalty Executives, monitoring performance, improving customer experience, and driving repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day customer loyalty and engagement operations across stores and digital channels.
- Monitor customer enrolment, database accuracy, loyalty points, rewards, coupons, and redemptions.
- Plan and execute customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and repeat-purchase campaigns.
- Supervise Customer Loyalty Executives, allocate targets, monitor productivity, and improve team performance.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups, feedback collection, complaint resolution, and customer relationship management.
- Work closely with Store Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, CRM, and Finance teams.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, campaign performance, customer retention, and loyalty programme metrics.




- Ensure compliance with approved processes and responsible handling of customer data.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer loyalty, retail operations, telesales, customer service, or digital engagement.
- Experience in multi-store retail operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, customer engagement campaigns, and loyalty programmes.
- Strong MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage activities during festivals and promotional campaigns.
