Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead / Architect to design and guide the architecture for scalable, secure, and production-ready AI capabilities. The role will define how LLM-based applications, AI agents, backend services, enterprise integrations, observability, security, and user journeys work together.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences and LLM-based applications.
- Define interactions among user intents, workflows, AI agents, tools, APIs, and backend systems.
- Guide agent orchestration using LangGraph or equivalent frameworks and establish patterns for state, routing, tool calling, and fallback.
- Define tool and API integration approaches using MCP or structured contracts.
- Establish LLM observability for model calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and response quality.
- Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
- Support technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SRE, QA, and Security stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience




- 9+ years of skilled experience, with relevant experience in AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including intent routing, state management, tool calling, fallback handling, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LLM observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other tool-integration patterns.
- Exposure to vector search technologies.
- Experience with consumer-facing applications, CRM platforms, contact-center solutions, or enterprise
