- Conduct variance analysis on budgeted vs. actual expenses.

- Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Ensure timely posting of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile sales data from the POS system with accounting records.

- Maintain and update records of financial transactions including daily sales, expenses, payroll, and supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and submit them to senior management for review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and collection of payments.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and prepare tax returns as necessary.
