A Telecaller in an interior design company is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining interior design services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the design team. This role is key in building the company’s client base and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
- Explain the company’s interior design services (home interiors, modular kitchens, office design, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget
- Schedule appointments or site visits for interior designers
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or spreadsheets
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any field)
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of interior design services (training can be provided)
- Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Experience in real estate, interiors, or home services is a plus
