Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate leads into sales
- Handle inbound inquiries and close sales efficiently
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate (marketing or sales preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales through calling or inside sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt in any situation
- Ability to work independently and achieve target
