About the Role

NISSI WESLY PROJECTS PVT LTD is looking for a confident, presentable, enthusiastic, and professionally skilled female fresher to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English-speaking abilities, professional communication skills, a positive personality, and the confidence to interact with international clients, Indian corporate clients, investors, vendors, and business partners.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication potential and a willingness to learn. Complete role-specific training will be provided according to our company’s business requirements. Previous work experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with international and Indian clients, investors, vendors, and business partners.

* Participate in Google Meet, video conferences, and face-to-face business meetings.

* Present company profiles, investment proposals, project proposals, and business opportunities.

* Handle professional emails, business correspondence, client follow-ups, and meeting coordination.

* Prepare presentations, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), reports, proposals, and business documentation.

* Assist in investor relations, vendor coordination, business development, and client relationship management.





* Represent the company confidently and professionally during business discussions.

* Maintain clear communication and timely follow-ups with clients and business associates.

Required Candidate Profile

* Female candidates only for this specific opening.

* Freshers only; prior professional experience is not required.

* Excellent spoken English and good written English.

* Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Professional speaking style, confident body language, and a friendly, engaging personality.

* Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable participating in qualified video meetings and client presentations.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to company-specific training.

* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Meet, and professional email writing.

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Training & Paid Probation

Complete Training: Selected candidates will receive structured training in English business communication, client handling, corporate presentations, investor coordination, documentation, professional email writing, and business development.

15-Day Paid Probation:



The probation period will be 15 days, with salary paid for this period according to the agreed compensation terms.

Official Job Confirmation: Candidates who successfully complete the probation period and meet the required performance standards will be officially confirmed for the role, subject to company employment terms.
