Role Description The Associate role at Mervice Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. Associates are responsible for handling customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt, transparent, and professional communication. The role includes following defined processes, documenting customer issues, providing accurate information, and escalating complex queries to senior team members when needed. Associates may also support basic data entry, report updates, and coordination with internal teams to ensure service quality.



The position requires adherence to performance metrics, shift schedules, and company policies while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; ability to handle customer conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email systems.
- Ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution skills to manage customer concerns effectively.

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
