Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Raipur. The Sales Assistant will support the team with day-to-day activities, including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Responsibilities include coordinating with production department, dispatch team, updating internal systems, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The role also involves assisting in follow-ups on leads, supporting basic sales reporting, and helping prepare sales documents and presentations.



The Sales Assistant will contribute to maintaining organized documentation and smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up and basic negotiation support.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills for managing records, documentation, and multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
