Role Description The Procurement Manager Silver is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of silver and silver jewellery, including supplier identification, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring market trends and silver prices, managing purchase orders, and coordinating with design, production, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs. The role also involves inventory planning, quality checks on received materials, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.



The Procurement Manager Silver will contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and support strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Experience in inventory planning, purchase order management, and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of silver and precious metals, jewellery manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market data and pricing trends.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP software and standard office productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in jewellery or precious metals procurement is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical sourcing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
