Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional assets. Daily tasks include developing layouts, selecting colors and typography, refining logos and brand elements, and preparing files for production. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, translating briefs into compelling designs, and iterating based on feedback.



The Graphic Designer will also help maintain consistent brand standards across all visual touchpoints and support the creation of design templates and guides.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities and visual systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in various formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, present design concepts, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, logos, and typographic layouts.
