Role Description This is an internship role in the Founder’s office at AWANTI. The position is hybrid, based in Delhi, India, with a mix of in-person collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting the founder with strategic research, preparing briefs and presentations, and helping prioritize initiatives across product, operations, and marketing. The intern may assist in coordinating with partners, vendors, and internal contributors, tracking project timelines, and documenting decisions and action items. Additional tasks can involve analyzing user feedback,



contributing to experiment design for new offerings, and maintaining clear communication and reporting to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with collecting, synthesizing, and presenting information for strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documents, presentations, and concise updates for leadership.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, task management platforms) and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Interest in consumer products, technology-enabled services, or early-stage startups; prior exposure to these areas is a plus.
- Respectful understanding or curiosity about Hindu rituals, culture, and spiritual practices, with sensitivity to diverse beliefs and backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Delhi, India, with flexibility for in-person meetings and remote work as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, liberal arts, design, or a related field; robust candidates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
