GSPANN is hiring a Performance Test Lead to drive end-to-end performance engineering, focusing on finding bottlenecks early and keeping enterprise applications fast, scalable, and stable.Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead performance testing activities across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.- Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6 with JavaScript.- Implement load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume testing.- Drive bottleneck identification by analyzing application, database, server, and network performance metrics.- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability across enterprise applications.- Develop workload models, test strategies, performance benchmarks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Implement performance testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.- Manage system performance monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure,



and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.- Build detailed performance test reports and provide optimization recommendations.- Support junior performance testers and engineers through mentoring and guidance.Skills and Experience :- Bring 10+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.- Apply robust JavaScript scripting skills to K6 test automation.- Bring experience in API performance testing for Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) services.- Demonstrate knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning concepts.- Work with Linux and Unix environments and shell scripting.- Apply an understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.- Utilize performance monitoring and APM tools.
