The role is responsible for driving product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for tax technology solutions, including Thomson Reuters OneSource. The individual will ensure continuous improvement of products through innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, while aligning with business, client, and regulatory needs.
Lead Thomson Reuters OneSource contract renewal/renegotiation and drive service improvements, including APIs and cloud capabilities.
Define and execute product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes.
Track product performance (KPIs), conduct analysis, and continuously improve through iteration.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and progress.
Champion user experience (UX) to ensure products are intuitive and customer-centric.
Ensure quality delivery through risk management, testing, and validation processes.
Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in tax, finance, or enterprise technology domains.




Strong understanding of Thomson Reuters OneSource or similar tax/financial platforms.
Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in agile methodologies, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs.
Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, business, and commercial teams.
