Responsibilities

Automate testing for web and Windows-based applications.

Build and use automation frameworks and perform in-sprint automation.

Identify and review test cases and results, and transform requirements into test scenarios, cases, and scripts.

Automate CI/CD pipelines and create virtual machines and test-suite runner configurations.

Prepare test strategies, test plans, requirement traceability matrices, and test reports.

Perform and support sanity, functional, integration, exploratory, system, performance, security, and mobile testing.

Test web services and APIs, analyze risks, and manage defects and test records.

Collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment and communicate project findings and recommendations.

Requirements

- 5 to 8 years of experience in QA automation and testing.
- Expertise in automation testing for web and Windows-based applications.
- Experience building automation frameworks with Java or C# and using Selenium, SpecFlow, BDD, Protractor, or WebDriverIO.
- Hands-on programming experience with C#,



Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Git or another version-control tool and experience automating CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, REST, and web-service testing tools including Postman, REST Assured, JSON Lint, and SoapUI.
- Experience with defect-tracking and test-management tools such as Jira, TFS/MTM, Bugzilla, and ALM.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of LIMS, performance testing, security testing, or mobile automation is desirable.

Performance management includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews, and annual reviews, with KPIs communicated and documented during the first 30 days.
