Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate profiles and track recruitment metrics.
