You will join our client, a global tech-enabled advisory partner, as Associate Director – Client & Markets in Mumbai (Hybrid). In this strategic and operational role, you will lead market expansion and go-to-market execution across three core geographies—India, the US, and the Middle East—building robust GTM programmes and strong partnerships that create value for enterprise clients. The following responsibilities and requirements will help you succeed in this role:

Conduct market research and competitive intelligence; manage full sales cycle including RFP/RFQ response coordination, proposal development, and pitch execution for enterprise clients
Facilitate development of AI and thought leadership programs—whitepapers, webinars, point-of-view content, and executive positioning that establish our client as a consulting innovator
Manage integrated digital marketing strategy across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, and Meta), content marketing, website optimisation, and video content
Lead Alliances PMO, i.e. strategic partnerships with technology integrators, consulting firms, and industry associations




Coordinate alliance onboarding and performance management; Establish and track KPIs across pre-sales pipeline, GTM campaign performance, and revenue outcomes

Sufficient experience in Professional Services Consulting, ideally with Big 4 / Boutique firms
Strong experience in Client Management, Business Development or Go-to-market
Hands-on capability in Pre-Sales Leadership: proposal writing, pitch deck development, and managing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)—pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and data hygiene
Background in professional services marketing or demand generation; experience managing technology partnerships or alliance ecosystems
The role is permanent, based in Mumbai with a hybrid working pattern, and relocation is not offered for this position.
