About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Event Consultation and Sales: Handle birthday, celebration, and corporate event enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, recommending suitable packages based on customer requirements.
2. Lead Management and Conversion: Manage enquiries, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build robust relationships with individual customers, HR teams, corporate coordinators, and decision-makers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
4. Event Coordination: Coordinate with operations and hosting teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
5. Sales Reporting and Performance: Maintain accurate lead and booking records, track conversion rates, prepare reports, and achieve monthly sales targets. Skill(s) required
