We are looking for an experienced Product Lead - Agentic AI to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow solutions for Fraud and Claims operations.The ideal candidate will combine strong product leadership with a solid understanding of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise technology architecture.You will work closely with engineering, data science, architecture, and business operations teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions that improve fraud detection, automate investigation workflows, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities :- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered Fraud and Claims solutions.- Design Agentic AI workflows, AI agent behaviors, orchestration models, and intelligent automation capabilities.- Translate complex business processes into scalable product features, technical workflows, and implementation-ready specifications.- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI-assisted decision systems.- Define decision-making frameworks combining deterministic business rules, machine learning, and AI-driven reasoning.- Design human-in-the-loop mechanisms, escalation workflows, and explainable AI decision processes.- Lead product development from ideation and prototyping through implementation, testing, and production deployment.- Create product specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and solution design documents.- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, API integration, and enterprise readiness.- Monitor product performance and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.- Ensure AI solutions meet applicable data privacy, security,



governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, AI Product Development, Solution Design, or related technology roles.- Solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-powered applications, and AI-driven workflow automation.- Experience designing AI agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, intelligent decision systems, or AI-enabled enterprise products.- Understanding of machine learning, AI-assisted decision-making, human-in-the-loop architectures, and responsible AI practices.- Experience translating business requirements into technical product specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.- Strong collaboration experience with engineering, data science, architecture, and cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise application architecture.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Domain Requirements :- 7+ years of banking experience.- 6+ years of experience in financial services.- 4+ years of hands-on or professional experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI).- Experience in fraud detection, claims processing, risk management, payments, insurance, banking operations, or financial services decision-support systems is highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-powered enterprise products.- Experience in BFSI, insurance, fraud investigation, claims management, or risk and compliance platforms.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern cloud-native architectures.- Experience designing explainable, auditable, and governed AI solutions in regulated environments.- Experience leading cross-functional product teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
