Source and qualify high-potential candidates for tech and non-tech roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess cultural fit, and manage communication through email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client hiring targets across India and APAC markets.
Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs,
update candidate databases, and track hiring metrics.
Participate in hiring strategy sessions and contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and close rates.
Meet monthly hiring targets with a performance-based incentive structure (up to ₹10,000 per target achieved).
