Job Description :We are looking for a skilled AI Test Automation Engineer with robust experience in Salesforce testing, OmniStudio automation, and AI-driven test automation using AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. The role involves leveraging AI-powered testing solutions to improve test generation, execution, failure analysis, reporting, and overall software quality.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and OmniStudio applications.- Build and execute UI, API, integration, functional, smoke, and regression tests.- Develop AI-powered testing agents using AWS Bedrock for test case generation, execution, failure analysis, and reporting.- Create and maintain automated tests using Playwright, WebdriverIO, UTAM, or similar frameworks.- Analyze Jira user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to identify testing scenarios and automation coverage.- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools.- Perform API and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated applications.- Conduct backend data validation using SOQL.- Implement AI-assisted defect analysis, debugging, and root cause identification.- Use mocks and service virtualization to support testing of external dependencies.- Generate test execution reports, defect summaries, and test coverage metrics.- Evaluate AI agent accuracy, reliability, guardrails, and testing effectiveness.- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps,



and other stakeholders to improve testing efficiency and software quality.Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and test automation.- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity applications.- Proficiency in Playwright, WebdriverIO, UTAM, or equivalent automation frameworks.- Practical knowledge of AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.- Experience with Copado and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data validation.- Programming knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.- Experience in REST API testing and system integration testing.- Understanding of LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering.- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, IAM, S3, and CloudWatch.- Experience using Jira and Git.- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience building AI-powered test automation workflows or autonomous testing agents.- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release management.- Experience implementing LLM-based test case generation and intelligent defect classification.- Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, test coverage, and software testing best practices.- Experience working in Agile development environments.Ideal Candidate : We are seeking someone who combines strong Salesforce automation expertise with practical experience in AI-powered testing.
