As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve existing systems. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client projects are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software components are developed and maintained effectively to meet business needs.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in web components.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Nagpur office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
