Translate insights into practical recommendations with explicit assumptions, perks, risks, and implementation implications.

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

Sponsor and orchestrate cross-functional strategic initiatives that advance priority business outcomes and organizational transformation.

Establish initiative charters, milestones, governance, dependencies, and performance measures surface risks and unblock execution.

Work closely with business, finance, technology, delivery, sales, people, and partnership leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are executable.





Partner with the ecosystem and technology leadership teams to incorporate external leverage into strategic plans and business cases.

Essential experience & qualifications:

- Any Engineering, Post-Graduate
- 12-15yrs of experience in driving corporate strategy for a revenue-generating business
- Significant experience developing and executing business, corporate, or growth strategy in technology services, engineering, AI, digital, consulting, or adjacent sectors.
- Strong understanding of technology services, engineering, and digital business models, including their market and value-creation dynamics.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships or incorporating ecosystem opportunities into growth plans.
- Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear business choices.
- Structured, curious strategic leader who can move comfortably between long-term vision and near-term execution.
