We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top technical talent in a competitive market.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media,



and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and assist in closing candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technical roles within healthcare, healthtech or healthcare IT companies
- Experience hiring for AI/ML, software development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, and other technical roles.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced product, IT services, or technology startup environment.

Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Experience with Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
