Want to be the go-to HR expert your team can rely on? We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Generalist who thrives on supporting people and keeping HR operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our employee experience—managing day-to-day HR tasks, resolving queries with care, and ensuring our HRMS (Keka) is used to its full potential. You’ll wear multiple hats—supporting employees, managing HR systems, and helping shape a better employee experience. Keka HRMS Management • Be the Keka expert—handle daily HR operations, employee requests, and system updates. • Troubleshoot access issues, answer Keka questions, and help teammates navigate the platform with confidence.
Employee Support & Ticket Resolution • Be the first friendly face employees reach when they have an HR question or ticket. • Resolve attendance, leave, policy, and system-related queries quickly and clearly. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to get things done—no ticket left behind!• HR Tools & Systems Support • Help keep our HR tech stack running smoothly—whether it’s Keka or other tools. • Help automate workflows and improve efficiency wherever possible.




HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle • Make recent hires feel welcome with seamless onboarding support. • Maintain accurate, confidential records and uphold HR policies with integrity.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Generate reports on ticket resolution, HR trends, and system health. • Flag recurring challenges and help design smarter HR processes. • Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the employee experience—because HR should feel helpful, not hurdlesome.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR shared services.
Have real, practical experience with Keka HRMS —you know how to move through it like a pro.
Are Excel/Sheets-savvy and love organizing data that tells a story.
