We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based backend development and React.js frontend engineering.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern frontend technologies.The role involves developing enterprise-grade applications, designing and integrating REST APIs, building responsive user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.Key Responsibilities :Backend Development :- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support enterprise applications.- Implement efficient business logic, service integrations, and reusable backend components.- Apply software design principles, design patterns, and best practices to develop maintainable code.- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system reliability.Frontend Development :- Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Build reusable React components and manage application state using Redux or similar state-management tools.- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and enterprise services.- Optimize frontend performance, usability, and application responsiveness.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.Application Architecture & Integration :- Develop and maintain microservices-based and distributed applications.- Integrate third-party services and external systems through REST APIs.- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support application requirements.- Contribute to application design, technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture improvements.- Follow secure coding practices and ensure application quality, scalability, and maintainability.Testing,



Deployment & Collaboration :- Write unit tests and support integration and automated testing.- Work with Git-based version control, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.- Support application deployments, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 - 8 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java and React.js.- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above; experience with Java 17 is preferred.- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.- Strong experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.- Practical experience building frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Familiarity with Redux or similar state-management libraries.- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, application integration, and distributed systems.- Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and up-to-date software development practices.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployment.- Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.- Knowledge of performance optimization, high-availability applications, and secure coding practices.- Experience with automated testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration tools.- Exposure to reactive programming, application monitoring, and distributed application troubleshooting.Ideal Candidate Profile :A hands-on full-stack engineer who can independently contribute to Java backend services and React-based user interfaces, collaborate effectively across engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications.
