About the job
Key responsibilities

1. Set up, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns within approved budgets.
2. Track advertising spend, enquiries, cost per lead and lead quality.
3. Coordinate with the sales team to understand which campaigns generate relevant enquiries and sales.
4. Plan and publish approved content on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
5. Brief our videographer/editor on the creative formats and variations needed for campaigns.
6. Maintain a marketing calendar covering campaigns, product promotions and social media posts.
7. Support basic on-page SEO, including page titles, descriptions, internal links and image optimisation.
8. Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic and identify improvement opportunities.
9. Check campaign links, enquiry forms and conversion tracking; coordinate technical fixes when required.
10. Support WhatsApp and email follow-up campaigns using approved content.
11. Maintain consistent brand messaging across ads, social media and customer communication.
12. Submit concise weekly reports covering results, problems and next actions.

Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, remarketing and campaign testing.
Ability to interpret metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and cost per lead.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and basic SEO.
Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Clear written communication in Hindi and English.
An organised, proactive approach with attention to detail and deadlines.
Good to have
Experience marketing physical products, healthcare equipment or other considered purchases.
Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, CRM tools and lead follow-up processes.
Basic Canva skills and experience using AI tools to support marketing work.
