Field Sales Executive - Sales & Channel Partner Onboarding
Department: Business Development/Channel Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time, Field-Based Role
Probation: 3 months
The field sales executive will be responsible for the sales of LAE products - specifically the online rent agreement product - through the onboarding of property dealers and property brokers as channel partners. This is a field-intensive role requiring daily visits to partner offices to explain the product, the partnership plan, and the commission structure, and to convert them into active, revenue-generating channel partners who regularly refer and sell the online rent agreement service.
Drive sales of Law at Ease products, with a specific focus on the Online Rent Agreement product, through the channel partner network.
Explain the Law at Ease channel partner plan clearly, including the online rent agreement product, services offered, commission structure, and onboarding process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for partner onboarding, activation, and Online Rent Agreement sales volume generated through the channel.
Follow up regularly with onboarded partners to ensure consistent referral and sale of the online rent agreement product.
Maintain a systematic record of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions (via mobile app/CRM/reporting format as instructed).
Report daily field activity and conversion updates to the reporting manager.




Represent the Law at Ease brand professionally at all partner interactions.
Compensation & Incentives:
Performance incentive: Annual Bonus: 1,00,000
Travel Allowance - Rs 4 per km
Other Perks: Accidental Insurance Rs 20 lakh (since joining) + Health Insurance Rs 5 lakh (On Confirmation)
Cost to Company (CTC) = Rs 10.60 lakh +Accidental Insurance @Rs 20 Lakh + Health Insurance @Rs 5 Lakh Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
have minimum 1 years of experience
Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream); prior field sales experience preferred.
Experience: Min 2 years in field sales, channel partner onboarding, or business development (freshers with the right attitude may apply).
Communication: Valuable command of both English and Hindi – spoken and basic written.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Noida and nearby areas (Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, etc.) Laptop for demonstrations and documentation in the field.
Android mobile phone for CRM/app-based reporting and communication.
Two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Candidate having an MBA in sales or marketing will be given preference.
Candidate having experience of 1 year or more in insurance or real estate.
Should have a driving license & a two-wheeler for travelling.
