Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Project leadership:
Leads Project team, establishes the project execution approach and overseas project handover, execution planning and monitoring and control of both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Project Execution and Control:
Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.




Develop project schedule and freeze with respective stakeholders (internal and external)
Preparation of project specific risk and opportunities management plan
Preparation of project wise Master document list
Project handing over, as-built drawings, commercial closure etc and collection of PAC, close out of snags & FAC
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Graduate in Electrical engineering with Min Experience of 5-8 years.
Must have expereince in project execution service industry for different product. Experience in GIS projects, Substation projects or similar project related to Design, supply installation of High Voltage equipment is most preferred..
Should possess solid leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
