Responsibilities
Conducting detailed analysis of business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and business growth.
Creating data models, reports, and dashboards to assist in decision-making processes.
Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
Assisting in the development of business cases and justifications for new projects.
Supporting project management teams in the implementation of solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience in Banking domain
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
