About the Company

Anantya Technologies LLC is looking for a Growth Intern to help expand awareness, engagement, and acquisition for the gonexx website. This three-month, full-time internship is based in Delhi and follows a five-day work-from-office schedule. Depending on performance and business needs, the internship may lead to a pre-placement offer or an extension.

Responsibilities

- Support experiments across digital channels to improve audience reach and user acquisition.
- Research customer segments, competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Help plan and execute campaigns, partnerships, outreach, and community initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare transparent reports using relevant metrics.
- Work with marketing, content,



and product stakeholders to test ideas and improve conversion.

Requirements

- Interest in growth marketing, digital platforms, customer acquisition, and experimentation.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, research, and interpreting basic campaign data is helpful.
- Ability to work from the Delhi office five days a week for the three-month internship.

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹8,000–₹12,000. High-performing interns may be considered for a PPO or internship extension.
