Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Architect to lead the architecture and execution of large-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture and execution of large-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs.- Define migration strategies, architecture roadmaps, data conversion frameworks, and deployment approaches.- Assess legacy PLM/PDM systems and design migration solutions to PTC Windchill.- Architect data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading processes.- Lead migration of Parts, CAD Documents, WTDocuments, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, AML/AVL, and Change Objects.Required Skills and Experience : - 10 - 18 years of experience in PLM implementations,



upgrades, and migration programs.- Solid expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Product Structure Management, Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Workflow.- Proven experience architecting Windchill migration, consolidation, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.- Hands-on experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SAP PLM, SmarTeam, or legacy repositories.- Strong understanding of engineering data management, BOMs, product configurations, and lifecycle processes.
