Location : Remote, India (Hyderabad preferred; optional office access)Work Mode : RemoteShift : UK ShiftEmployment Type : Full-Time / Contractual (as per client requirement)Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFin) Lead / Consultant to drive SAP Finance transformation initiatives across complex multi-ERP environments.The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SAP FICO, hands-on SAP Central Finance implementation, interface monitoring, and financial consolidation using SAP Group Reporting.This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical integration teams to deliver reliable financial data replication, resolve integration issues, and optimize finance processes.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support activities.- Configure and troubleshoot source-system replication, initial data loads, ongoing financial postings, and mapping processes.- Implement and manage Application Interface Framework (AIF) for interface monitoring, error handling, and issue resolution.- Configure and support SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation and reporting requirements.- Analyze and resolve data replication, integration, and financial posting errors across multiple ERP systems.- Collaborate with SAP FICO, technical, and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial data flows.- Participate in solution design,



functional configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.- Manage client discussions independently and ensure alignment with finance transformation objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 10+ years of overall SAP experience, primarily in SAP FICO / SAP Financials.- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFin) implementation and support experience.- Strong expertise in SAP Central Finance architecture, replication, initial loads, and ongoing postings.- Hands-on experience with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF), including interface monitoring and error resolution.- Strong functional configuration knowledge of SAP Group Reporting.- Experience working in complex, multi-ERP integration environments.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Ability to lead client discussions and work independently.- Willingness to work in UK business hours.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.- Exposure to finance data harmonization, financial consolidation, and cross-system integration.- Experience working with international clients and global finance teams.What We Offer :- Fully remote working opportunity across India.- Exposure to a high-impact UK finance transformation program.- Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
