1 IT MNC for Delivery Manager-HRIS Role
Experience - Min 12 yrs to Max 15 yrs
Eligibility - Any Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance or related field; HRIS or payroll certifications (12+3 yrs of regular education)
Experience in HR operations, HRIS delivery, or HRO service management with exposure to payroll and system implementation
- Solid expertise in HRIS platforms (Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of US payroll statutory requirements and compliance
