Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering & Analysis :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.- Document functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows).- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.- Write clear user stories, business requirement documents, and other artifacts capturing functional and non-functional requirements.Process Improvement :- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for automation.- Recommend solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.Data Analysis & Reporting :- Interpret data trends, KPIs, and metrics to support decision-making.- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations (using tools like Excel, Power BI).- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information and analyze current/future state processes.- Perform data analysis and collaborate with data architects to ensure data integrity and consistency.Stakeholder Management :- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors.- Facilitate meetings, workshops,



and presentations to align stakeholders.- Validate delivered solutions align with business needs and participate in testing activities.Project Support :- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.- Support change management activities, identify potential risks, and actively seek opportunities for process improvement.Documentation :- Maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process maps, meeting notes).- Work closely with technical teams to ensure understanding of business requirements for system integration and development projects.Must Have :- Around 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL, Excel, Power BI.- Experience in SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.- Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, Cloud Services, UI/UX.Soft Skills :- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good to Have :- Python (basic) - Snowflake - Databricks - AWS (ref:hirist.tech)
