We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator – Integration & Analytics for one of our clients.

Salesforce Administration: Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, objects, fields, and platform configurations.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, notifications, and declarative automation.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decisions and improve data visibility.
Data Quality: Maintain data accuracy, governance, secure data exchange, and reliable reporting processes.
Release Management: Support sandbox environments, testing, deployments, and change documentation.




7–14 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on Salesforce administration expertise.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs .
- Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, SOQL, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Understanding of data quality management, security, access controls, and platform configuration.
- Microsoft Power BI, dashboard development, and data modelling.

- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Sandbox management, deployment processes, and Salesforce DevOps.
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, or middleware tools.
- Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI-assisted Salesforce capabilities.

Strong Salesforce administration, automation, and integration experience are the key priorities.
