Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead and execute SAP IBP functional configuration across Demand Planning, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.-; Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.- Configure and maintain planning areas, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, and related IBP objects.- Work on Demand Planning processes, including statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and consensus planning.- Support Supply Response and Order-Based Planning (OBP) processes and resolve planning-related issues.- Configure and support S&OP; processes, including scenario planning and supply-demand balancing.- Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA / ECC and other enterprise systems.- Work with technical teams on interfaces, data flows, enhancements, and integration-related development activities.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues in SAP IBP.- Perform root-cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for production issues.- Work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and other SAP teams to deliver enhancements.- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.- Prepare functional specifications, technical requirements, configuration documents,



and process documentation.- Participate in knowledge transfer and provide guidance to team members where required.Required Skills & Experience :- 5 - 8 years of overall SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.- Strong expertise in :1. SAP IBP Demand Planning.2. SAP IBP Supply Response.3. SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP).4. SAP IBP S&OP.-; Strong understanding of SAP IBP configuration and planning processes.- Experience with integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.- Good understanding of data integration, interfaces, master data, and transactional data flows.- Experience working with technical/development teams for enhancements and integrations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex SAP IBP issues.- Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Positive to Have :- Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / CPI.- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and IBP integration mechanisms.- Experience with SAP HANA / CDS views / APIs related to IBP integrations.- Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP IBP Excel Add-In.- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.- SAP IBP certification would be an added advantage.
