We're looking for a multidisciplinary Visual Art Director with exceptional visual judgment, robust design craft, and the ability to bring brand strategy and creative vision to life across a wide range of mediums.

You should be equally comfortable moving between social content, campaign creative, digital assets, presentations, print, partnerships, physical collateral, events, and experiential work and understanding how all of those touchpoints come together to create one cohesive brand.

The ideal candidate can take a strategy, business objective, or early-stage creative brief and translate it into a compelling visual direction, then carry that thinking through to execution. You should be able to move fluidly between conceptual work and hands-on design, take feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and maintain a high bar for creative quality throughout the process.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, bring a strong point of view to the table, and help turn ideas into visual systems that can live across both digital and physical experiences.

Develop creative ideas that can scale across multiple channels rather than treating each deliverable as a standalone asset.

Build cohesive visual systems that connect typography, imagery, layout, color, messaging, and experience across both physical and digital formats.

Take projects from early-stage concept through final execution with a high degree of ownership and independence.

Bring strategic ideas and brand vision to life visually, turning abstract thinking into clear and compelling creative.

Develop campaign concepts, visual directions, moodboards, storyboards, layouts, comps, and final creative.

Work closely with brand, marketing, content, growth, partnerships, events, and leadership to understand the objective behind the work and determine the strongest creative solution.

Present creative concepts clearly and articulate the thinking behind visual decisions.

Manage multiple creative workstreams at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.

Provide creative direction to freelancers, agencies, photographers, videographers, production partners, and other external collaborators when needed.

Continuously look for opportunities to strengthen and evolve how the brand shows up across every touchpoint.

5+ years of experience in art direction, brand design, visual design, or a related creative discipline.

- Strong creative agency experience and/or in-house experience at a D2C consumer brand is highly preferred.
- Experience working within health, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or another highly visual consumer category is a robust plus.
- Experience at a D2C health and wellness brand is especially relevant.




- A standout portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design experience across digital, social, campaign, print, physical, and experiential work.
- Proven ability to move fluidly between very different types of creative, from social-first content and performance assets to larger brand campaigns, presentations, print collateral, partnerships, events, and physical brand experiences.
- Experience taking a broader brand or campaign idea and building a cohesive visual system that can extend across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
- Highly self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of projects without needing every step or visual solution prescribed.
- Comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders, interpreting it thoughtfully, and evolving the work while maintaining the strength of the core creative idea.
- Ability to work closely with brand, growth, social, content, partnerships, events, and leadership teams, balancing strategic objectives with creative excellence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve and creative needs can range widely from one day to the next.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Familiarity with motion, video, emerging design tools, and AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
