- Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
