Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
Hands-on software development experience (coding, app development, or technical implementation) — before or alongside PM work.
15 years progressive PM experience with end-to-end ownership of client-facing technology or business-services delivery.

Project accounting experience — effort/time tracking, project-level P&L;, resource loading/utilization, in a professional-services or IT services workplace.
Presales estimating experience — built an effort/cost estimate that went into a proposal or SOW. Comfort managing distributed/offshore-onshore teams.
PMP strongly preferred; Working fluency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence) and Excel/PowerPoint. CCM platform experience (Quadient, SmartComm, OpenText, MHC Automation, Compart, or similar)

Full Project Lifecycle Management Develop charters, WBS, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets using PMP/PMBOK-aligned methodology, tailored to waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery.
partner with delivery leadership and HR to source, onboard, and ramp project staff across Canada and (where applicable) U.Maintain schedule, budget, scope, risk, and issue logs (RAID) to BelWo standard; drive projects through formal closure and lessons-learned.

Presales & Estimation Support Develop methodical, fact-based effort and cost estimates for proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses, grounded in historical delivery data and current project actuals.
Partner with sales/presales and technical leads to validate feasibility, staffing assumptions, and timelines prior to client commitment. Document estimating assumptions,



exclusions, and risk contingencies to a standard that withstands client and internal scrutiny.

Client Relationship Management & Account Growth Serve as the primary day-to-day delivery point of contact for assigned client stakeholders, conducting consultative, executive-credible communications.
Identify add-on scope, service extensions, and renewal opportunities arising from strong delivery performance; hand off qualified opportunities to account/sales leadership.
Own resolution of delivery-level escalations before they require executive intervention

Project Accounting Track actual vs. Own project-level P&L; (revenue, cost, margin); Track billable-vs-bench and planned-vs-actual utilization at individual and project level; partner with delivery/operations leadership to correct variances. Work with Finance to support project invoicing and other project-accounting processes.

Governance & Risk Management Escalate value leakage, scope creep, or margin erosion risk promptly with corrective-action recommendations.
Maintain project documentation to a standard suitable for internal audit and client governance review.
Apply consistent risk-management practice: identification, qualification, mitigation planning, and tracking through closure.
Team Leadership & Delivery Enablement Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance input for assigned Project Coordinators / Associate PMs.
Contribute to maturing BelWo's PM methodology, templates, and tools as the PMO scales. Support knowledge transfer and cross-training across the Canada delivery center and U.
