## Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver comprehensive English lessons tailored to the developmental levels of students in grades 1 through 8.
- Cultivate a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and effective communication.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, including written assignments, oral presentations, and standardized testing.
- Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and curriculum resources that align with academic goals and educational guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance teaching strategies and ensure consistency across the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.




- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English education.

Requirements

- A minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant teaching experience or a fresh graduate with a robust academic background in English.
- Proficiency in academic English, including grammar, literature, and composition, suitable for teaching elementary and middle school levels.
- A valid teaching certification or degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of varying abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Benefits
