We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional AI & Data projects with precision. In this role, you'll drive planning, execution, and delivery—while building strong stakeholder alignment and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, manage complex project realities, and lead teams to deliver measurable results.

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation
Understand goML's service offerings, delivery standards, and technology stack
Get familiar with active projects, key clients, and internal workflows
Learn project governance frameworks, escalation paths, and engagement protocols
Own project planning and execution activities:




milestone planning
risk and issue management
provide project updates
Coordinate across internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product, QA) and external stakeholders
Remove blockers and ensure project delivery within timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets
Manage Agile execution:
Maintain solid project documentation and reporting

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation
Take complete ownership of multiple projects and ensure consistent on-time delivery
Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with accountability and performance focus
project predictability
Contribute to business growth by supporting:
5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI / Data / Software delivery domains
~ Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery:

- planning
- expectation management
- customer success focus

~ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies:
~ Scrum / Kanban
~ Experience using project management tools:

- JIRA, Zoho Projects/Sprints, or similar tools
- data workflows
- Experience handling government projects / public sector clients

Exposure to cloud platforms:
AWS / Azure / GCP
Prior experience in:
pre-sales support
proposal writing
