Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using up-to-date JavaScript frameworks.- Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and enterprise applications.- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.Required Skills & Experience :- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java,



or similar technologies.- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.- Valuable understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Good to Have :- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.- Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures.- Exposure to AI/ML integrations, large language models (LLMs), or AI-powered applications.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Candidate Profile :- Solid ownership of end-to-end software development and delivery.- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Focus on code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement.
