This staffing firm places talent into other companies for a living, and now needs to apply that same discipline to building its own internal delivery bench, the pool of consultants it deploys onto client projects. The firm has partnered with Flexiple to bring in a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own it as a real function.
Own end-to-end recruitment for the internal delivery bench across multiple skill lines
5 to 10 years in talent acquisition, with at least some time managing recruiters directly
- Experience hiring at volume, ideally within staffing, consulting, or a similar delivery-driven business
- Experience recruiting for technology or specialised skill lines
Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and recruiting analytics
An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
HR Screening, a hiring-plan Assignment, a Hiring Manager Round, and a Leadership Round with the firm's senior leadership.
